Assured Partners Announces Internal Senior Leadership Appointment. We are delighted to announce Ben Crabtree as Managing Director of AssuredPartners London, effective 1st January 2023.

AssuredPartners International are delighted to announce two senior leadership appointments from within the business with effect from 1st January 2023. Jon Hettle as Strategic Development Director and Jo Andrews as Marketing and Communications Director, both for AssuredPartners Regions.

AssuredPartners, one of the largest independently owned insurance brokers in the world, has announced that it has agreed to acquire the business of the Dundalk-based O’Callaghan Insurances (“OCI”). The transaction is expected to be completed on 1 December 2022.

AssuredPartners, a leading insurance broker in the United States, UK and Ireland is pleased to announce the acquisition of Anchorman, subject to the customary regulatory approval.

This latest addition to the group marks another important step in its growth strategy by establishing a presence and acquiring a scalable growth platform in the Irish marketplace.

AssuredPartners is one of the fastest-growing, independent insurance agencies in the United States and the UK. This latest addition of acquiring PSP Group follows closely behind UK acquisitions in Birmingham, Chester and Scotland.

The transaction has received regulatory approval and will be completed on 1 February 2021. The team of 30 at Borland Insurance Ltd will all remain in place and under the leadership of Borland CEO, John Silcock.

Establishing a base in Europe will allow AssuredPartners to engage with a new marketplace as it continues to look for agencies to partner with in the future.
