Colleague Inclusion Groups (CIG’s) – Expression of Interest

At AssuredPartners International we have been working together to strengthen a culture of inclusion and belonging across our evolving businesses.

We currently have an Inclusion and Belonging Forum that provides governance and oversight of our DEIB strategy which includes members across the AssuredPartners Group.  However, we are looking to expand and diversify our membership by launching Colleague Inclusion Groups (CIGs) to ensure we are more representative of our people.

CIG’s are voluntary, employee-led groups that focus on specific communities or interests. They are powerful contributors to an inclusive working environment.

We have suggested some CIG communities below, but you are welcome to suggest a different CIG. Please click on the relevant option to express your interest:
