Professional Indemnity Placing Broker

About The Role:
This is a newly created opportunity to join our Professional Indemnity team, based from London on a hybrid working basis. The role will directly support the head of this team in all account aspects including the preparation and submission of market documentation, liaison with clients and underwriters to facilitate placing of policies, evaluating the clients risk management requirements and creating and updating the client files on the required operating systems.
The role offers an opportunity to join a well established team primarily focused on US Professional Liability for lawyers, placing predominantly into the Lloyds market. The role will require travel to the US.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will have a demonstrable knowledge of the professional indemnity market, though this could come from a broking or underwriting background, ideally from within the London market, though this is not essential. Knowledge directly of the US liability lawyer market would be ideal.
This technical knowledge, combined with proficient use of MS Office systems, communication and written skills will create the ideal candidate for this role.
