About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our Health and Safety and HR team within the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Client Consultation and Needs Assessment
• Presenting solutions
• Closing Sales
• Relationship Management
• Reporting and Performance Tracking
You will also be expected to stay up to date with your industry knowledge and market trends
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales preferably in insurance, health and safety, HR services or related fields. A deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in maintaining workplace safety and compliance, and the ability to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals with businesses across various industries. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also a must for this role.
